The marketing material provided may only be used in compliance with the CI guidelines and for the intended purpose specified in each case up to the specified end date of use. The retailer assures this and indemnifies ara Shoes GmbH with regard to all claims of third parties that result from unauthorised use of the marketing material in violation of the guidelines.
