We would like to thank you for your order, which we have reserved for delivery under our terms and conditions already known to you, in accordance with the conditions cartel of the German shoe industry, to the extent that no change requests on our part become necessary, which we will, however, submit to you.

The Buyer undertakes to sell the purchased goods only to the end consumer in his specialist retail shop(s) known to the Seller and trading under the name of his company, unless the Seller has given his prior written consent to the sale elsewhere.
